I absolutely love the 100th day of school. This year, I’m excited to celebrate with my team because we each are going to have a station and our classes are going to switch through. I’ll blog about our wonderful day after (it is scheduled for January 25th as long as there are no snow days).
Today, I wanted to share a fun game with you all. I’m a big fan of ABCya! On the morning of the 100th day, I don’t plan to have the typical morning work. Throughout the morning, one thing I’ll have my students do is hop onto ABCya in the morning (we have 2 computers in the room- 3 if you count mine- and an iPad).
If you click this link, it’ll take you directly to the 100 number chart. I know with the CCSS, I’ve stopped doing 100 charts since we have moved into the 120 chart, so I’m excited to show my kids a 100 chart now. There’s an option for beginner or challenge. And then, kids fill in the missing numbers with the interactive numbers on the side.
The screen looks like this:
I love it! So excited to use it!
I’m also excited to share this 100th day of school math journal with you! I plan to put this out with the morning work as well. Click the picture below to grab a free 100th day math journal!
